- To admit and pay an infraction, use mail, iCourt online payment, or the court phone number.
- To contest an infraction, complete a Plea of Not Guilty form or check the deny box on the citation and return it to the court.
- Watch for the hearing notice. Fremont County says a pretrial conference with the prosecutor is scheduled after a not-guilty plea.

Traffic Court Record vs Driver Record
The court record and the ITD driver record answer different questions. The court record shows what happened in Fremont County court. Fremont County Driver Record Channels
ITD driver-record requests use identity and eligibility fields that differ from iCourt. The paper Driver License Record request requires identifiers such as driver name, driver license number or Social Security number, date of birth, requester contact details, an authorization category, and record duration. Online driver status requires first name, middle initial, last name, date of birth, and either driver license number or Social Security number.

Insurance and Crash Records
No-insurance citations have a local proof route. If the driver had insurance at the time but did not have proof in the vehicle, Fremont County says proof may be presented to the court for dismissal of the charge.
